David Abrahams (OPTOMETRIST)

David carries out most of the eye examinations, he qualified in 1980 at Aston University.

Joy Abrahams (OPTOMETRIST)

Joy works part time and qualified in 1981 at U.M.I.S.T. (Manchester University) she is David's wife!

Together they have over 60 years experience in optics and examine all the patients and fit contact lenses.

Since opening this practice together in 1993 they have kept up with the latest innovations in optometry.
They were the national winner of Purevision practice of the year in 2002 .
Introduced retinal photography as standard in all private sight tests.
Routine visual field screening and tonometry is standard on all sight tests.
Macular pigment screening is the newest innovation and they are amongst the first to offer this service in practice
